Metro District
We are a Colorado Special Taxing District. The Southern Metro District perimeter strip runs east from the intersection at South Adams Street and East Dry Creek Road to Colorado Boulevard, and from there it runs south to County Line Road. We also manage and maintain five entry islands at: Adams and Dry Creek, Jackson and Dry Creek, Harrison And Colorado Blvd, Mineral and Colorado Blvd, and Monroe and Colorado Blvd.

Call for nomination
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that a regular election will be held on Tuesday, May 6, 2025, between the hours of 7:00 a.m. and 7:00 p.m. At that time, two (2) directors will be elected to serve a four-year term.
Self-Nomination and Acceptance forms are available from Micki L. Mills, the Designated Election Official for the District. See instructions in the document below. Self-Nomination and Acceptance forms must be filed with the Designated Election Official for the District by 5:00 p.m. at the above email address not less than 67 days prior to the election (Friday, February 28, 2025).
